DataScoreX provides a lead scoring and verification API service that analyzes lead data quality using various algorithms, fraud checks, and compliance verifications.

You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Billing and Payment

Services are billed based on API usage as outlined in your subscription plan. Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with service operation

6. Data Usage

Lead data you submit for scoring is processed and stored according to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit this data for processing.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

DataScoreX provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
